Thank you for choosing Opulent Aesthetics. Please review our payment policies carefully before making a purchase or booking a service. By proceeding with a payment, you agree to the following terms: 

1. Accepted Payment Methods

1.1 We accept the following payment methods: Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, etc.) 

UPI and Wallet Payments 

Net Banking

Cash (for in-person payments) - Payment links provided via secure channels

1.2 All payments are processed through secure and trusted gateways to ensure your financial data is protected.

 

2. Payment Timing

2.1 Payments must be made in full at the time of booking or before the treatment.

2.2 For packages or pre-paid plans, full payment is required to activate your plan.

 

 

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Payments made are non-refundable.

3.2 In cases of service cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances (on our part), the amount will be credited to your account for future use.

3.3 Refunds, if applicable, will be processed only under exceptional circumstances and at the sole discretion of the management.

 

 

4. Rescheduling and Late Cancellations

4.1 Payments for missed appointments or late cancellations (less than 24 hours prior notice) will not be refunded.

4.2 Clients may reschedule their appointment without any penalty if done 24 hours in advance.

 

5. Disputed Charges

5.1 In the event of a payment dispute, please contact us immediately at +91 97316 0655.

5.2 Chargebacks or disputes raised without prior communication may result in account suspension or denial of services.

 

6. Pricing and Offers

6.1 All prices listed on our website are in Rupees and inclusive of applicable taxes, unless stated otherwise.

6.2 Prices are subject to change without prior notice. 6.3 Discounts, promotions, and offers cannot be combined unless explicitly mentioned.

7.1 All payment information is confidential and processed through industry-standard encryption.
